Vroom and Checkers Lessons
Sharing a couple of pages from our family scrapbook.
Over the past year, Jamin has transformed from cautious kid to a rambuctious go-getter. Slides that once would have required hand-holding from mom are now favorite thrill-rides.

For a year Jamin has been asking Barron to teach him chess. We finally agreed if he could master checkers, chess would be next on the list. Last week the checkers lessons began in earnest.

I love your style so much, Misty! Great extraction on the slide LO, too! Great memories to scrap – thanks for sharing them!
check into the game No Stress Chess on Amazon. We bought it for our family, because the kids wanted to learn. I think the boys would like it! Tammy
Thanks for the recommendation Tammy. I’m a bit worried about starting him with it so young as I don’t want to frustrate him. This looks like an ideal starting point.
